Amazing stay at the motel. We loved the location, friendly staff and chatting with motel neighbours. They offer a simple breakfast which was perfect to get the day started. Walking distance to Sheep Pond Beach. Rooms are rated 4 stars because of the lack of AC (although the nights offered some breeze) and the beds were a bit on the soft side for us but shouldnt be a deal breaker!!
Clean room. Spacious and renovated bathrooms. Fridge in room. Good Wi-Fi. Excellent towel. Green policy in place. Close proximity to the beach. Quaint town nearby. My only complaint is that there are a lot of mosquitos and big spiders by the door.
Great spot to relax. Rooms are clean, nicely located in a quiet area but still close to Souris. Has a level 2 charger also if you have an electric car.
Quite, beautiful view of the ocean, lovely , well decorated room friendly owner , just wonderful ,will definitely stay here again next time we are in beautiful Prince Edward Island
Perfect no frills. The staff is very friendly. Rooms are large, have a desk and mini fridge and strong wifi.
Very friendly service. Rooms were a tad plane and the beds/pillows weren't super comfortable, but all the amenities were there so I can't complain! The breakfast wasn't really a strong performer. It was basically toast and cereal, but there's a Tim Horton's about five minutes up the road, so it's not a huge loss.
We had such a wonderful stay at the Lighthouse and Beach Motel! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with how clean, bright, and well-kept everything was. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready with a smile and helpful recommendations for the area. You can really tell they take pride in their motel and care about their guests. The location couldn’t be better, just a quick 5-minute walk brings you to a gorgeous beach, perfect for swimming, walking, or just enjoying the views. Plus, it’s only a few minutes’ drive into Souris, where you’ll find great dining, shops, and a cute Lighthouse. Overall, this motel is a true gem, quiet, clean, convenient, and run by wonderful people. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
One night stay before the ferry in September. This is 100% a motel. Simplicity at it's finest. The room was clean and large and the bed very comfortable. Easy parking by our room. The view is spectacular and the staff super friendly. Breakfast is on the light side but that's not why you are staying here. Nothing to complain about at all!
